Liability Waiver: To download a copy of our Liability Waiver (which is required to participate), please click this link which will take you to a Google Drive page. If you would like to be emailed a copy, please reach out to the email below.

Payments: Each participating athlete is required to pay the non-refundable $5 tryout fee, usually paid upon the tryout start time. Payments can be made either by cash or through Venmo (@RidgelineVolleyball). In the event that an age group has too little athletes to form a full team, the $5 tryout fee will be refunded.

A parent/guardian will be required to sign and submit a Liability Waiver prior to the athlete's tryout time, even if the athlete has already submitted one for a previous Ridgeline program. How would you like to turn in this form?
